  13. Get 2 tbsp white cooking wine
  14. Prepare 1 Blk pepper
  15. Use 1 ground cumin
  16. Take 1 Vegetable broth
  17. You need 2 tbsp diced onions
Instructions to make Stuffed peppers:
  1. remove top of bell peppers, seeds, membranes, wash, and boil bell peppers whole for 5 min before cooking and set aside
  2. Heat pan with 1 tbsp. olive oil and mince garlic.
  3. Add ground turkey to hot pan. Cook until no more pink and crumbled apart
  4. Add the following below. But a little at a time. Go according to your taste buds and texture.

  21. Add sauce… I added the remaining meat to the sauce and added on top
  22. Add cheese… Mozzarella and feta mixed
  23. Baked covered for 40 min and broil bet 5 and 10 min. Voila
