  2. Take Half a pumpkin (average size)
  3. Get 500 ml chicken stock
  4. Provide 3 g nutmeg
  5. Get 1 teaspoon black pepper

  1. Heat the oil in a large stewing pot.
  2. Peel and dice the pumpkin into cubes roughly 2cm by 2cm and place into the pot.
