- Use 1 large capsicum
- Get 2 tomatoes

- Use 2 tsp Finely chopped coriander leaves

Steps to make Pav bhaji:
- Chop onion, capsicum,tomatoes
- Cook a large potato in cooker for 3,4whistles
- Heat the kadai and pour 2 spoons of cooking oil and 2 spoons of butter or ghee
- Add finely chopped big onion,capsicum and cook for 2-3mins
- Add ginger garlic paste
- Add tomatoes and cook the mixture completely
- Add one full spoon of kasuri methi,one full spoon of chilli powder,one tablespoon of salt,and two pinches of sugar
- Add one big mashed potato to the mixture and mash the whole mixture
- Add nearly 180-200ml of water and cook the mixture until it's creamy
- Add two spoons of butter
- Garnish with chopped coriander
- Heat the tawa and pour some ghee,roast the pavs on both sides untill they are golden brown in colour
