- Take 3-4 boiled potatoes
- Take 1 onion chopped
- Provide 1 capsicum chopped
- Take 1 tomato chopped

- First boil the potatoes only peel them off and mash them very well keep it aside
- Now take a pan add 4tbsp of oil heat it then add crushed garlic then onion saute onion till it becomes transparent
- Now add capsicum saute it for 4-5 min. Then add tomatoes along with tomatoes add all the spices and salt
- Now cook this tomato mixture for 15 min. Until it releases oil now add some water to it
- Then again cook it for 5-7 min. Now add boiled potatoes add some water again cook it for 5-7 min. Again
- Garnish it with coriander leaves and serve hot with pav
