The ingredients needed to make Easy Chili & Cheese Enchiladas:
- Get 1 can Wolf brand Chili (beans optional)
- Use 3 cup Shredded Mexican Style Cheese
- Prepare 14 Corn Tortillas
- Prepare 1 cup Velveeta 2% cheese (Just cut half of the block in thin slices)
- Prepare 1 can Rotel Original
Instructions to make Easy Chili & Cheese Enchiladas:
- Preheat oven to 400°F
- Mix half the can of Rotel, Half can of Chili, and 1 1/2 cups of shredded cheese and 1/2 cup of Velveeta
- Heat tortillas in microwave for 30 seconds or just untill soft
- spoon Chili mixture onto tortillas, roll up and place on a baking pan.
- After they are all in the pan spread the remaining ingredients on top and place in oven for about 10-15 minutes or untill all the cheese is melted and bubley.
