  5. Drain Gnocchi into colander & add to pan. Mix together & grind black pepper into pan. - Cook for 2-3 mins until sauce thickens & sticks to Gnocchi.
  6. Serve into Pasta Bowls & grate Parmesan Cheese over the top.
