- Get 2 potatoes
- Prepare 3 tomatoes
- Take 1 cup cauliflower
- Take 1 capsicum
- You need 2 onions

- Boil the potatoes and cauliflower till soft. Mash them in a bowl.
- Finely chop capsicum,tomatoes,onions,chillies.
- Heat oil in a kadhai. Put jeera and green chillies. Add ginger garlic paste.
- Add chopped onion and capsicum till it becomes soft.Then add tomatoes and cook for 10 min on low flame.
- Add red chilli powder,salt, coriander powder,sugar,pav bhaji masala with mashed potatoes and cauliflower. Mash it well.
- Add 2 cups of water. Cover with lid and cook for 15-20 mins on low flame.
- Add lemon juice and garnish with fresh coriander. Serve hot with butter and pav.
