The ingredients needed to make Pav Bhaji:
  1. Provide Bread/Pav
  2. Take 1/2 cup Carrots
  3. Use 1/2 cup Capsicum
  4. Take 1/2 cup Cabbage
  5. Use 1/4 cup Beans
  6. Use 1/4 cup Matar
  7. Use 1/2 cup Boiled potatoes
  8. Take 1/4 cup Corn
  9. Provide 1 cup Onions
  10. Use 1/4 cup Tomatoes
  11. Provide 1/2 cup Tomato puree
  12. Take 2-3 tbsp Green chillies
  13. You need 2 tbsp Ginger garlic paste
  14. Take Coriander leaves (for garnishing)
  15. Provide 1 tbsp Cumin seeds
  16. Take 1 tbsp Cumin powder
  17. You need 1 tbsp Pav Bhaji Masala
  18. Use 4-5 tbsp Butter
  19. You need Salt as per your taste
Instructions to make Pav Bhaji:
  1. Take a pressure cooker and add all the chopped vegetables (carrots,beans, cabbage, beans,matar, potatoes) to it.
  2. Add a cup of water and give to 2-3 whistles to get it par cooked.
  3. Once the vegetables gets cooked take it out from the cooker along with the water used in it.
  4. Take a pan and add butter to it
  5. Add cumin seeds to it and let it crackle.
  6. Add diced onions to it and saute it until the color changes.
  7. Now add tomato puree to it and cook the gravy for 2-3 minutes.
  8. Add salt and turmeric powder to it.
  9. Add chopped tomatoes and the cooked vegetables to it.
  10. Mix it well and cook it for 4-5 minutes.
  11. Add pav bhaji masala to the mixture and again cook it for nxt 4-5 minutes.
  12. Add a cube of butter to increase the flavor of it.
  13. Once the vegetables gets cooked and the gravy thickens turn off the gas flame and garnish it with coriander leaves, chopped onions and a slice of butter over it.
  14. Serve it hot with the buns.
