- Take 1 Potato
- Get 160 grams Thick pasta like linguine
- Prepare 3 tbsp Basil (genovese) sauce

- Let's make the basil sauce. Blend 20 leaves fresh basil, 1 clove garlic, 1/2 tablespoon salt, 3 tablespoon pine nuts into a blender. Add 150-200 ml of olive oil and blend some more. (You can store this for 3 months in a glass bottle and in the fridge.)
