  1. First, we take 4 bananas,just Peel and cut them, then put into a mixture jar. Grind them, add vanilla essence and half cream, then again grind.
  2. Replace into a airtight container for freeze. Keep in freezer for 4 hours.
  3. Then after 4 hour, take it out form the freezer. Churn out the ice cream with remain half cream, milk powder, cardamom powder.
  4. Then on the other side, we prepare a caramel preparation with the help of sugar. Take sugar in a pan, take on to the medium flame. Continuously stire with the help of spoon.
  5. After 5 minutes,turn of the flame. Then add some chopped dry fruits,whatever you like on it. Take a plate, Grease it with ghee. Spread the prepared caramel on it. Let it cool for 5 minutes.
  6. After 5 minutes, take it out from the plate with help of knife. Break into pieces. Then grind it with the help of mortar and pestle.
  7. Then add it into the ice cream mixture. Let them cool in freezer for 6-7 hours.
  8. Serve with fruit custard, dry fruits, cherry or gulkand or simply as it is.
