The ingredients needed to make Fried Catfish:
- Prepare 12 catfish fillets
- Use 1 cup all purpose flour
- Provide 1 cup cornmeal
- Take to taste salt & pepper
- Take 1 qt peanut oil
- Use 1 tsp cayenne pepper

- Rinse catfish & dab fillets dry with paper towel. In a deep pan heat oil to 350°.
