  2. Prepare as required Butter
  3. You need 1 tbsp Pav bhaji masala or as required

Steps to make Pav Bhaji:
  1. Cut all the vegetables. Take a pressure cooker add oil to it. Then add potato cabbage carrot cumin seeds salt and fry well then add half tablespoon pav bhaji masala. Now add water and close the pressure cooker until 3 whistles.
  2. Now take a wok heated add 1 tbsp butter and 2 tablespoon oil then add onion beans capsicum peas and tomato. Add salt and fry well. Then add salt followed by 2 tbsp pav bhaji masala Kashmiri red chilli powder and turmeric powder.
  3. Open the pressure cooker and mash all the ingredients into it. Add this to the wok followed by coriander leaves and cook well for 5-10 minutes.
  4. Heat the griddle add butter add little bit pav bhaji masala and coriander leaves toast the paws. Serve it with the prepared bhaji.
