The ingredients needed to make Pachrangi cookies:
- Take 1/4 cup butter
- Provide 1/2 cup icing sugar
- Provide 1 cup maida/All-purpose flour
- Use 1 cup Wheat flour
- Take 1/4 cup Powdered Sugar
- Take 2 teaspoon baking powder
- Use as needed Milk

- Take one bowl, add butter, icing sugar and whisk together. Take another bowl, add maida flour, wheat flour, sugar powder, baking powder and sieve it. Add the butter mixture to dry flour and lightly mix it.

- Roll out the each dough and place one after another layer. Now roll out all five layers together and make the role and refrigerate it for 20 minutes.
- Cut the roll into small pieces and bake it in pressure cooker for 25-30 minutes
