  2. Use 1 large White Onion (wedged)
  3. Take 2 bunch Fresh Rosemary (no stem)
  4. Take 3 tbsp olive oil, extra virgin
  5. Take 1 tsp Poultry Seasoning
  6. Use 1 tsp Minced Garlic
  7. Take Season Salt
  8. Take Fresh Ground Pepper
  9. Take 1 Pam nonstick spray

  1. Preheat oven to 350
  2. Quarter and wedge potatoes and onions

  7. After 20 to 30 min @ 350, remove pan and remove foil. Ramp up oven to 425°F.
  8. Replace uncovered pan of potatoes and onions into 425 oven. Roast for additional 15 to 20 minutes.
