  1. Take a sauce pan, add water bring it to boil, add 1 spoon oil and pinch of salt.. once it starts boil add pasta and boil it for 8-10 minutes (depend on pasta)
  2. Check after 5-7 minutes if it’s soften then off the flame and drain the water. Take a kadhai add 2 spoon oil, heat the oil and add chopped garlic, fry it for 10 seconds then add tomato purée.

  4. Now add grated mozzarella cheese,keep it on medium flame.. after 30 second off the flame and cover it for 2 minutes.
