- Then heat a Kadhai add oil when oil gets hot add mustard seeds,dry red chillies, green cardamom seeds, curry leaves,green chillies and peanuts sauté it for few minutes then add onions and potatoes and chopped veggies and green peas then continue to saute for few more minutes.
