  2. Now take a cooker,add oil or ghee,,add jeera,add ginger,garlic and chillies..saute..and add onions then tomatoes..and add all veggies..and saute for 1 min..
  3. Now add haldi,salt,pepper,dhaniya powder,garam masala,amchoor,ajwain and kasturi methi..mix well
  4. Now add washed daal and rice.. mix it well..and add water..add 1/2 tsp achar masala,,and 1 tsp ketchup…it will give so much chatpata flavor to the khichdi..and mix well.and now close the cooker and cook up to 2 whistles…ur hot khichdi is ready..enjoy with raita or achar…
