- Use 1 pkt spaghetti
- Take 1/2 kg minced meat
- Use 2 large potatoes
- Take 2 tomatoes
- Get 1 onion
- Take 2 cloves garlic

- In a saucepan heat 3tbs of oil then add the minced meat. Fry till it changes it's colour to brown. Add onions, garlic and continue frying. Use low heat

- Simmer for like 10mins untill the sauce reduces by half and the potatoes are well cooked. Add coriander and remove from the fire
- For the spaghetti, put water in a saucepan and bring to a boil then add salt and add 2tbs of oil. After it has boiled, add the spaghetti and boil till soft. Drain excess water and serve with your minced meat.
