Steps to make Palak paneer:
  1. Slice the spinach leaves and boil.
  2. Drain the water from the spinach leaves, grind it and keep it aside.
  3. Slice the panner into cubes and roast in low flame with 2 tablespoons of oil. Roasting is optional.
  4. Slice one big onion, 2 green chillies and few curry leaves
  5. Pour oil in the pan, salute the oil in medium flame for 1 minute, put one cinnamon stick, cumin seeds, 4 cloves, salute for 1 minute in medium flame, put the sliced onions, green chilli and curry leaves,salt and turmeric roast it in medium flame,add 1 tablespoon of ginger garlic paste, cumin powder, coriander powder, once the onions becomes brown pour the spinach paste into that, close the lid and cook in medium flame for 2 minutes.
  6. Open the lid and pour the water drained out from spinach leaves, put red chilli powder and again close the lid and boil in medium flame, put paneer into that, heat in medium flame.
  7. Transfer into the bowl and garnish with coriander leaves if required and serve hot with chapathi/pulka/rice.
