  2. Melt butter on a medium heat on the hob

  5. Slowly add the milk, stiring throughout
  6. Add in cheese, stiring throughout to required thickness. if it becomes too thick add a little more milk

  8. Bake in oven for 15-20 mins until cheese has melted
