- Prepare 1 cup boiled plain rice (80% boiled)
- Take 2 cup length wise chopped mixed Veggies
- Prepare 1/2 cup lengthwise chopped fresh Tofu/Paneer
- Prepare 2 finely chopped green chilli
- Provide 1 inch grated ginger
- You need 1/4 tsp ajinomoto (optional)

- Prepare 1 tbsp coriander leaves

- Take a pan heat oil on medium flame. Add tofu/Paneer to it and let it roast, till they are turns into golden colour. Take out in a plate.
- Now add carrot, beans as well and cook it on high flame & make sure the oil is hot enough.
- Fry the Veggies till becomes crunchy. Now add capsicum and cabbage as well fry the Veggies for anotther 30 seconds to 1 minute
- Add green chilli sauce, vinegar. Now combine the roasted Tofu/Paneer as well. Saute nicely.
- Mix salt and Finally add the boiled rice. Mix well and stir nicely for a minute. Turn off the gas. Now saute for 30 seconds. Ready to serve.
- CHINESE FRIED RICE, take out in serving plate and garnish with coriander leaves.
