- Get 1 tsp Maple syrup (or honey)

- Prepare 2 grams Dried hijiki seaweed
- Take 1 dash *Soy sauce
- Prepare 1 plentiful amount *Krazy Salt
- Provide 1 Romaine lettuce
- You need 1 Tomato slices
- Provide 1 Cucumber slices
- Take 1 Avocado slices (sprinkled with lemon juice)

- Soak the hijiki seaweed in plenty of water for 15-20 minutes. Once soaked and rinsed, run under hot water and while the hijiki is still warm, and season with the ingredients marked with *.
