- Get Sausages and peppers
- Get 5 each Italian sausages (sweet or hot)
- Provide 1 red onion
- Take 4 clove garlic
- Take 2 large green bell peppers
- You need 1 large red bell pepper
Instructions to make Sausages and peppers:
- In a Medium skillet, add 4 Tbs olive oil and heat until oil flows freely. Preheat oven to 350.
- add sausages to skillet
- fry until all sides are browned

- slice onions into medium thick rounds
- dice garlic and reserve
- add peppers and onions, season with liberal salt and fresh ground black pepper and saute over high great until peppers and onions are browned
- add diced garlic and saute another minute
- Add browned sausages to peppers
- cover pot, put in oven and cook 45 minutes
