  1. Use 1 can Tuna of (the ones with water not oil)
  2. Take 1 Onion diced fine
  3. Use 1 large Tomatoe chopped
  4. Take bunch Coriander of A freshly chopped
  5. You need 1 tbsp Ginger Garlic each of & pastes
  6. Take 1 potato large boiled and mashed
  7. Provide 1 Green chilli chopped fine
  8. Use 1/4 tsp cumin seeds

  11. Prepare 1 Egg
  12. Get Bread crumbs

Instructions to make Tuna Cutlets:
  1. While the potatoes were cooking away… to some heated oil, add the jeera seeds, chopped onions, ginger and garlic pastes and the green chillies. Once the onions have softened, add the chopped tomatoes and the spice powders.  Give it a few minutes and remove from the heat
  2. In a large bowl, add the mashed potatoes, the cooked onion mix, freshly chopped coriander and the tin of tuna. Season with salt and mix well
  3. Divide the mixture into balls and flatten them in your palm. Beat the egg and put the bread crumbs on a dry surface. Dip the cutlet in the egg mixture and coat it well with crumbs
  4. Heat a pan with oil and cook it on medium fire on either side
  5. Serve it warm!
