  1. Prepare 4-6 slices bread
  2. Provide 1/2 cup chopped onions

  1. Collect every thing together
  2. Take a blender jug and add bread slices in that. Blend to make bread crumbs.
  3. Take a large bowl and add bread crumbs, all the spices including, red chilli flakes cumin seeds, cumin seed powder, whole spice powder, salt, lemon juice, semolina and cheese cubes.
  4. Add chopped vegetables as well
  5. Add soya sauce
  6. Add chilli sauce
  7. Mix well first and see how much milk is needed to make a dough shape consistency.
  8. Now take bamboo skewers and soak in water for 30 minutes. Than take small portion of mixture and make seekh kabab. Apply water to give smooth shape if needed. Similarly make all seekh kabab and keep a side.

  12. Now heat oil in a pan and shallow fry them till golden brown from all sides on medium flame.
