  1. Heat oil and butter in a pan add jeera let it crackle, add garlic paste and saute for some time.
  2. Add chopped onion and saute till it becomes light brown, add chopped capsicum mashed green peas and cook the vegetables properly.
  3. Add pav bhaji masala red chilli paste red chilli powder turmeric powder and coriander powder saute the masalas till the fragrance comes out nicely. Add chopped tomatoes and cook it properly
