Instructions to make Gulabosa:
  1. First make conflour slurry by mixing water and cornflour togather and keep aside
  2. Now for doughix oil salt and maida togather divide it in to two parts in 1/3 and 2/3
  3. In 2/3part mix beetroot pury add little water and kneed a dough
  4. In1/3part add spinach pury add little water and kneed a dough keep aside
  5. For filling heat oil in pan add cumin seeds as it crackle add ginger garlic paste and saute
  6. Add curry leaves green chilli Salt red chilli powder turmeric powder and green peas to it
  7. Mix boiled mashed potato to it and filling is ready
  8. For making rose shape take small ball of beetroot dough and roll it in small round shape Chapati
  9. Place small ball of patato filling in the middle of chapati and cut from four corners
  10. Wet the corners of chapati with using finger and fold this corners side by side and one by one on potato ball(go through the image for making rose shape)
  11. Spread cornflour slurry over potato ball and deep fry it in hot oil
  12. Serve hot with mint chutney or sauce
