  1. Cook rice adding salt 80%
  2. Chop onion finely and grate carrot
  3. Soak Saffron strands in milk
  4. Mix ghee and oil together (you can use ghee only) and heat it. Fry cashews and remove it from ghee. Then add caraway seeds, cloves, cinnamon and chopped onion. Fry it.
  5. Add grated carrot and saute it 2-3 minutes,add malai in it mix it and let it cook. Add chilli powder, salt, sugar, garam masala, tomato sauce in it.
  6. When ghee releases from sides add rice in it.
