  1. Prepare 2 cup rice
  2. Provide 1 cup Urad dal soaked overnight
  3. Prepare 1/2 tsp baking powder
  4. Take 2 pinch baking soda

Instructions to make Rice cake:
  1. Gring the soaked dal chawal to make a fine paste
  2. In a mixing bowl mix bater, baking soda, baking powder, salt, well to make it floppy
  3. Take a heavy base kadhai on gas por some oil, add the bater to it cover up with Al a lid.. On a slow flame
  4. Check after 15 mins…. If it done from Lowe side turn it for another 10 to 15 mins
  5. Check with a knife if it is clear… Our rice cake is ready
  6. Serve with liquid jaggery
