- Firstly take a bowl and add wheat flour and salt and make a regular roti paratha dough with the help of water
- Now take a pan add 2tbsp oil heat oil add cumin seeds bottle gourd and cabbage,add Turmeric powder and salt mix it and cover it with lid for 3-4 mins
- Now add red chilli and coriander powder and some water and again cover with lid for 2 mins
