The ingredients needed to make Chicken Adobo:
  1. You need 500 grams chicken
  2. Take 5 tbsp spy sauce
  3. Take 4 tbsp vinegar
  4. You need 1/4 cup water
  5. Take 4 tbps sarsa mang tomas (or any lechon sauce)
  6. Provide 6 gloves minced garlic
  7. Provide 1 garlic bulb, sliced into half
  8. Use 3 bay leaves

  10. Use hard boiled eggs or quail eggs
Instructions to make Chicken Adobo:
  1. Marinate chicken with soy sauce and vinegar for atleast 30mins.
  2. Brown minced garlic in a pan, until toasted. Set aside.
  3. In the same pan pour chicken with marinade.
  4. Add water, pepper, bulb of garlic and laurel leaf. Bring to a boil
  5. Add sarsa ni mang tomas and hard boiled eggs.
