  1. Get 2 containers fresh baby portabella mushrooms, quartered
  2. Use 1 lb Italian sausage
  3. Prepare 2 teaspoons majoram
  4. Prepare 2 cans (6 oz) each) tomato paste
  5. You need 1 lb ground beef
  6. Use to taste salt and pepper
  7. You need 4 cloves garlic chopped

  9. Get 1 medium onion, diced

Instructions to make Spaghetti Sauce:
  1. Put tomatoes, tomato paste, onion, garlic, basil, majoram, and mushrooms in a large pot on high heat till boiling the turn down to low.
  2. While sauce is cooking, brown ground beef and itailian sausage in a separate pan
  3. Once meat is fully cooked mix into sauce and let simmer for an hour and a half. Stirring every 10-15 mins
  4. If you want to cut the cook time in half cook down the mushrooms and onions in a separate pan before putting them in the sauce.
