  1. Use FOR THE HOMEMADE PANEER-
  2. Take 2 litres Full fat milk
  3. Get 3-4 tbsp Vinegar good quality one
  4. Provide FOR THE ALMOND RABRI ;
  5. Provide 1/2 cup Almonds
  6. Use 1 litre Milk
  7. You need 1/2 tin Nestle Condensed Milk
  8. You need 1/2 tsp Cardamom powder
  9. Take 2-3 tbsp slivered Almonds
Steps to make Badami Rasmalai:
  1. Bring milk to a rolling boil. Add vinegar and stir it well. Switch off the heat. Collect it in a clean Muslin or a Cotton cloth. Tie it up firmly onto a kitchen sink tap for 20 minutes.
  2. Meanwhile add blanched almonds to a blender and make a paste. Boil milk on a high heat at first and then simmer on a low. Keep stirring it every few minutes until it reduces to 3/4th quantity of the original volume.
  3. Add Almond paste and Condensed Milk. Also add Cardamom powder. Let it cool down a bit before chilling in the refrigerator. Boil water in a Pressure cooker along with Sugar. Simultaneously take out the paneer from the cloth and knead it on the kitchen surface with the palms until smooth and shiny.
  4. Make golf sized balls out of it. Add these balls to the pressure cooker. Pressure cook for 5 to 6 whistles.After the pressure settles down, remove them and add to the chilled Almond Rabri. Serve them super chilled with slivered Almonds lmonds.
