- Use 21/2 tsp yeast
- Use Warm water..as needed
- Use 31/2-4 cups all purpose flour
- Take 1 cup mashed and boiled sweet potatoes
- Take 2 tsp honey/sugar
- Prepare 11/4 tsp salt
- Get 3 tsp melted butter/oil
- Take Egg wash
- You need Sesame seeds

- Boil your mash potatoes, mash them and let them cool
- In a bowl,mix your yeast,flour,sugar/honey,salt,and oil….mix well before adding the mash potatoes… Add warm water to the mixture and knead it well
- Let it rest till it doubles in size
- Once doubled in size,pinch out balls of equal sizes…. Mold them in the bun-shape..
- Let them proof for another few minutes…apply egg wash and sprinkle some sesame seeds
