  1. For making kabab: Take a pan add oil,then add green chilli,onion and ginger garlic paste.saute till row aroma comes. Then add gram flour and saute it for a min. Then add carrot, cabbage,spinach,green peas and saute again for a minute. Then add all the spices and saute it for a min. ThenTurn off the flame. Let the mixture cool down. After the mixture become cool grind it along with cashew and coriander.
  2. Then in a bowl add boiled mashed potatoes and this grinded veggies mixture.
  3. Then make kabab from this mixture and shallow fry them.
  4. Making moong chilla:. Grind all the ingredients like moong,salt,ginger,green chilli,curry and coriander leaves.
  5. Make chilla in a Chex or net design using tomato ketchup bottle. Toast it from both the sides.
  6. Making green chutney: Grind all the ingredients of the chutney.Making fried garlic salsa: Mix all the ingredients.
  7. Saute some thinly sliced onion and capsicum for garnishing. As the chilla is toasted place kabab on the toasted chilla apply some green chutney to it and add sliced onion and capsicum.
