- Prepare 1/2 kacchi Kerri(raw mango)

- Take 1 tsp Jeera/cumin seeds

- You need 3-4 tsp mayonnaise

- Get 3 tsp coriander leaves
- Use 3 tsp mint leaves

- Prepare 2 tsp red chilli powder

Steps to make Seekh kabab Net chilla:
- For making kabab: Take a pan add oil,then add green chilli,onion and ginger garlic paste.saute till row aroma comes. Then add gram flour and saute it for a min. Then add carrot, cabbage,spinach,green peas and saute again for a minute. Then add all the spices and saute it for a min. ThenTurn off the flame. Let the mixture cool down. After the mixture become cool grind it along with cashew and coriander.
- Then in a bowl add boiled mashed potatoes and this grinded veggies mixture.
- Then make kabab from this mixture and shallow fry them.
- Making moong chilla:. Grind all the ingredients like moong,salt,ginger,green chilli,curry and coriander leaves.
- Make chilla in a Chex or net design using tomato ketchup bottle. Toast it from both the sides.
- Making green chutney: Grind all the ingredients of the chutney.Making fried garlic salsa: Mix all the ingredients.
