- Take 2 lb organic ground beef
- Use 2 eggs

- You need 1/2 cup bread crumbs
- Provide 1/3 cup grated parmesan cheese
- Take 1 beef bouillon cube
- Use 1/2 tsp each oregano and Italian Seasoning
- Take 2 jars of spaghetti sauce
Steps to make Mandy ' s Meatballs:
- Preheat oven to 400°F.
- Preheat cast iron pan. The pan must be very well seasoned in order to put the spaghetti sauce in. You cannot cook acidic food in a new cast iron pan.
- Crumble beef into a bowl. Add all other ingredients except sauce.
- Mix well. Form into balls.
- Brown meatballs on all sides. You may have to do this in batches.
- Place in oven. Cook for 15 minutes or until cooked through.
- Place back on stovetop. Add sauce. Simmer until cooked through. I cook mine for at least 30 minutes after adding the sauce because we hate it watery.
- Serve over spaghetti.
