  1. Get 3 1/2 cups beef broth
  2. Provide 2 cups wild rice
  3. Use 12 ounces Brussels sprouts
  4. Take 1/2 cup chopped green onion

  1. Preheat oven to 400
  2. Toss Brussels sprouts in 1 tablespoon of canola oil and roast for approximately 30 minutes, stirring every 10 minutes, until browned

  5. Add cooked rice, spinach and Brussels sprouts to skillet. Reduce heat to low and cover for 10 minutes, stirring frequently.
