  1. Put a 12" pan on the stove on medium heat.
  2. Use a nonstick spray like Pam to coat the pan.
  3. Add bacon to the pan.
  4. Flip bacon often to ensure even cooking and proper doneness.
  5. Line a plate with paper towels.
  6. Add bacon to paper towel-lined plate.
