- Use 200 grams flour
- Get 200 mls milk
- Take 4 large eggs

Instructions to make Popovers:
- Mix together with a whisk the flour, milk, eggs and salt until a smooth batter is formed. Place the batter in the fridge for 1 hour.
- After 50 minutes, Preheat the oven to 220°C (420°F)
- Put about a quarter-inch of the vegetable oil in each of twelve muffin holes in a pan and place in the oven until begins to smoke
- Take out and carefully pour or ladle the batter from the fridge evenly into each muffin hole. (watch for oil splatter!)
- Quickly place muffin tray back in the oven and cook for 20 minutes WITHOUT opening the oven door.
- After 20 minutes remove tray from oven and remove the popovers onto paper towels.
