- Provide 1 cup Cheddar cheese

- Prepare 6 Large eggs
- Prepare 1/4 cup Milk

- You need 1 Non-stick cooking spray (You may use butter instead)

- Preheat oven to 350°
- Brown the sausage. Drain all of the grease and set to the side when done.
