Instructions to make Ultimate stuffed peppers:
  1. Cut the onion and garlic.
  2. Cut cold red pepper to small pieces.
  3. Make half of tomato juice.

  11. Prepare the sauce of perpekia, flour and water until boil.
  12. Mix with tomato paste add to the stuffed peppers dish with some oil.
  13. Cut the other half of tomato into big pieces, add the rest of mint and garlic.
  14. Cook in oven for cover with foil for 1:20 the with out foil for 20 minutes.
