The ingredients needed to cook Pav Bhaji:
- Use 4 Pav
- Take to taste salt
- You need 2 potatoes
- Provide 1 cup fresh peas
- Provide 1 cup cauliflower
- Use 1/2 cup capsicum
- Prepare 2 tsp Ginger garlic paste
- Use as needed Butter
- Prepare 3 tsp fresh coriander leaves
- Get 1 tsp red chilli powder
- Get 1 tsp Pav bhaji masala
- Use 1/2 tsp jeera(cumin) powder
- Use 1/4 tsp turmeric powder / haldi
- Prepare 2 tbsp Lemon juice
Steps to make Pav Bhaji:
- Chop and Boil veggies. And keep aside
- Nonstick Tawa add 2 tbsp oil and 1 cube butter. Add onion and boiled veggies with tomato fry
- Now add chilli powder, haldi, pav bhaji masala and Jeera powder
- Let it boil for 2 min then mash everything with smasher. Now add Coriander, lemon juice and 1 cup water cook for 10 min
- Once the oil and butter separates from the bhaji turn off the gas.
- Cut the pav in middle and slit it. Take pan add 1 tbs butter +chilli powder+haldi + gram masala +salt +chopped Coriander
- Now put pav on this and fry on both side of pav. Serve these pav with bhaji
