  1. Prepare 3-4 Potato medium
  2. Prepare Half kg pumpkin
  3. Take 4 table spoons Peas
  4. Prepare 50 gms Paneer
  5. You need 3 tea spoons Pav Bhaji Masala
  6. Get Salt and Red Chilli as per taste
  7. Provide 5 Tomatoes medium
  8. Prepare 4 Onion medium
  9. Take 2 packet Pav
  10. Take 1 tea spoon turmeric
  11. Use 5 table spoons Cooking Oil

Steps to make Pav Bhaji:
  1. Peel,wash, boil pumpkin and potato initially on high flame till first whistle then on low flame for 10 minute,Chop onions and tomatoes,cut paneer into small cubes side by side
  2. Place a pan on other side,put some cooking oil,let it heat and put chopped onions and peas into it,simmer in medium heat after five minutes now add salt,red chillies,turmeric and chopped tomatoes
  3. Coming back to pressure cooker;mashed potatoes and pumpkin now place them into pan,mix well,at this stage now add PAV BHAJI MASALA and Paneer cubes to it…..ur bhaji is ready
  4. At this stage put Tawa on gas and heat Pavs with butter and serve hot with Onion salad…
