- Get 2 Potatoes
- Get 1/2 of a pair Mentaiko (salt-cured spicy pollack or cod roe)
- Prepare 2 tbsp Mayonnaise
- Take 1 tbsp Olive oil
- You need 1 Lemon juice
- Take 1 dash for garnish Daikon radish sprouts
Steps to make Potato and Mentaiko Mayo Stir Fry:
- Slice the potatoes into fine julienne, put into a bowl and rinse. When all the surface starch has gone and the water is clear, drain well.
