  2. Prepare 75 g almond powder
  3. Prepare 25 g sugar
  4. Provide 25 g granulated sugar

  8. Take 175 g all-purpose flour*
  9. Provide lemon peel of 1/2 lemon

  11. Take 90 ml milk

  13. Prepare 1/2 tsp active east
  14. Take nuts (walnuts, hazel nuts etc.) and dried fruits (raisins, orange peel, apricot etc.)

Instructions to make Stollen:
  1. Prepare the marzipan. Mix the almond powder, sugar and granulated sugar.
  2. Add the egg white and mix well until the dough until it sticks together.

  7. Bake in the oven for about 25 minutes. Turn in the middle if necessary.
  8. Sprinkle powdered sugar.
