The ingredients needed to prepare Sweet Chicken & Bacon Wraps:
- Prepare 1 1/4 lb Boneless skinless chicken breast.
- Get 1 lb Sliced bacon
- You need 2/3 cup Packed brown sugar
- Provide 2 tbsp Chili powder
Instructions to make Sweet Chicken & Bacon Wraps:
- Pre heat 350. Cut chicken into 1" cubes. Cut each bacon slice into thirds. Wrap each chicken w/ bacon & secure w/ toothpick. Stir brown sugar & chili powder. Dredge chicken in mixture. Bake for 30-35 min or until bacon is crisp.
- I usually don't use the bacon. It's GREAT without it as well.
